Can I send a drawing or sample?
Shank adapters can be discussed against a sample or drawing. OEM and sample enquiries are also accepted for the listed drill rod products.
What about availability and delivery?
Ask for a current quotation by model and quantity. Stock arrangements for some popular items can be discussed for regular orders; delivery depends on the product and order.
What if a tool has a quality issue?
Jinquan offers replacement once a failure is confirmed to have been caused by a product quality issue. Share the part and order details for review.
