Tapered drilling tools & integral drill steels

Tapered tools: separate bit + rod
The drill head is removable. Select the head type and a rod with the matching taper connection.

Integral steels: head and rod in one tool
The cutting head and rod form one tool.

DTH drilling & casing systems
A separate drilling system with a down-the-hole hammer, matching bit and drill pipes. Its parts are not interchangeable with the top hammer ranges above.
DTH drill bits
DHD, COP, QL, SD, Mission and other listed shank families. Flat, convex and concave face options.
Confirm: exact shank designation + bit diameter.
DTH hammers
Model-specific hammers for down-the-hole drilling. Selection depends on the drilling requirement and available air supply.
Confirm: hammer model + working pressure + airflow.
Drill pipes & connections
Friction-welded pipes with API REG, IF and other listed connections. Tube dimensions and end connections are separate specifications.
Confirm: outside diameter + wall thickness + length + thread.
Separate selections for casing and RC drilling
Select casing tools against the casing programme, and RC tools against the RC equipment configuration.
Casing advancement tools
Eccentric and concentric tool options for overburden drilling. Select against the casing dimensions and intended hammer.
Reverse-circulation tools

The bit-to-hammer connection and pipe thread are different interfaces; matching one does not confirm the other.

Can I enquire with a drawing or a sample?
Shank adapters can be discussed against a sample or drawing. OEM and sample enquiries are also accepted for the listed drill rod products. Include the exact product and specification.
Can you confirm availability and delivery?
Send the model and quantity for a current quotation. Stock arrangements for some popular items can be discussed for regular orders; delivery depends on the product and order.
What if a tool has a quality issue?
Jinquan offers replacement once a failure is confirmed to have been caused by a product quality issue. Send the part and order details so the issue can be reviewed.
